The line is small enough that the owner walks it daily, and big enough to keep the country's bag-makers, shops and OEM packagers steadily supplied. The discipline is in the watching.
- 01Resin receipt
HDPE, LDPE and LLDPE pellets arrive, are tested, and entered into the day's book.
- 02Blending
Pellets are dried and metered. Masterbatch is added for any printed run.
- 03Film extrusion
The 80 mm extruder draws the resin into a continuous film tube.
- 04Printing
For branded orders, the film passes the press for one- or two-colour artwork.
- 05Cutting & sealing
The film is cut to size and heat-sealed. Handles are punched.
- 06Despatch
Bundled, counted, and trucked to Multan, Lahore, Karachi and beyond.
